TrueCloud is the free app for watching Honey Cam cameras from anywhere. It connects to the camera or recorder over the internet (P2P cloud), with no special network setup.

Common questions.
Do the cameras record in colour at night?
Silver and Gold Series cameras and the 2.4MP Dome record in full colour in low light. The 2.4MP Bullet and the PTZ use infrared at night, which records in black and white; the PTZ's laser infrared reaches up to 240 m.
Which recorder do I need?
Silver, Gold and PTZ cameras are IP cameras: they record on the 8 Channel NVR (up to 4K). The 2.4MP cameras are analogue: they record on the Honey Cam DVR 4 Channel. The 4G + Wi-Fi robot camera records to its own microSD card (up to 256 GB) or to cloud storage, with no recorder.
Can I watch my cameras on my phone?
Yes. Live view, playback and alerts work in the TrueCloud app on your phone and on a PC.
Do I need internet?
The cameras record to the recorder on your site. Internet is needed to watch from somewhere else and to receive alerts. The 4G + Wi-Fi camera can use a 4G connection where there is no Wi-Fi.
Will Honey Cam work with my existing recorder?
The PTZ camera is ONVIF 2.4 compatible and works with Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus and other ONVIF recorders and software. The 2.4MP cameras work with TVI, CVI, AHD and CVBS analogue DVRs.
What warranty do I get?
Honey Cam products come with a 1-year warranty.
